When I compare a stable mass production of edible vegetables and growing organic vegetables in a small farm, I see benefits on both sides. However, the goal of these two styles of agricultures seem very different to me. While organic vegetable farm is producing safe to eat vegetables for people, large size farm is producing vegetables with no warm bites to sustain a profitable business.


This is a preview of interesting documentary film about changing nature of food we eat. In order to produce constant amount of vegetable to supply food for population, agriculture industry developed pesticides and genetic engineering. It not only supported our food production, but also started competition among seed company to mine a hidden gold in agriculture businesses.
